Omar Saqr

Mr. Saqr (pronounced “soccer”) taught Organic Chemistry at The Ohio State University as an Instructional Assistant and was nominated for the Graduate Associate Teaching Award. He went on to serve as Program Coordinator for one of the country’s most competitive and prestigious undergraduate scholarship programs. He was a visiting student at The University of Oxford, in Oxfordshire UK, and is currently working towards his Juris Doctorate in Columbus, Ohio.

Arguably, the best Organic Chemistry professor in the country, his leadership has shaped the culture of success at the Pre-Med Academy and continues to set the standard. Dr. Callam Serves in a purely an advisory role to the CEO without any financial interest in the company.

He has had a sterling career as a big-firm private sector lawyer, governmental official and he is currently an officer at a company. He has an undergraduate degree in chemistry and political science, cum laude from Case Western Reserve University, and a juris doctorate from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. Mr. Ryan Edmiston has built a career spanning borders and industries within some of the world’s leading institutions. An attorney and investment banker by training, Ryan also possesses deep expertise in higher education and leadership development. Ryan serves on several prominent alumni boards at Ohio State and has been named a Distinguished Practitioner in Residence at the Moritz College of Law, where he teaches a popular course on difficult conversations and negotiation. Ryan’s commitment to continuous, lifelong learning—and to helping others navigate high-stakes academic and professional paths—is reflected in his current pursuit of an Executive MBA at the University of Oxford’s top-ranked Saïd Business School.

Dr. Amir Mansour

Advisor, Artificial Intelligence & Medicine

Dr. Amir Mansour, MD, is an Emergency Medicine Physician, Assistant Professor at Yale University College of Medicine. He was nominated by his department for the prestigious Yale Education Scholars Fellowship. He holds a dual appointment in the sections of Medical Simulation and Emergency Medicine services with positions as Director of EMS Simulation and Research Director at Yale's Department of Simulation within Yale's department of Emergency Medicine. Dr. Mansour's outstanding contributions to medicine and education have been recognized through several prestigious awards. He received the 2022 AAEM/RSA Founders Circle Sponsorship, the 2024 IMSH/SSH Beverlee Anderson Education Scholar award, and the 2025 SAEM Annual Meeting Fellow Award.

Dr. Ali Esfahani

Advisor, Clinical Experience

Dr. Esfahani is an interventional pain management specialist with advanced residency and fellowship training from the world-renowned Cleveland Clinic, where he served as Chief Resident. He graduated cum laude from The Ohio State University with a degree in biology and earned his dual MD/MBA from the University of Toledo. Drawing on both clinical excellence and leadership experience, Dr. Esfahani is deeply committed to medical education and mentoring students pursuing careers in medicine.

Mr. Osman Khan refined his skills in marketing through brand management at SC Johnson and MGM Resorts as well as management consulting at Accenture and PwC. He graduated with a dual-degree (MMH/MBA) from Cornell University's hotel and business schools. His super power is helping people believe in their full potential.
