2. Payment Plans
Once a student begins the payment plan, they will not be refunded at any point for any reason. By enrolling in the Pre-Med Academy Organic Chemistry Masterclass and continuing beyond the trial period, Student agrees to pay the entire tuition balance in full. No individual circumstance, including but not limited to, inability of Student to participate in program activities, absence from classes, or physical relocation, shall reduce Student’s obligation to pay the full tuition amount due for the program in which they have enrolled.
3. Tutoring Sessions
Once the student is enrolled, tutoring credit/hours are allocated based on the purchased program. Attendance at any session will constitute use of one credit. If Student is late to a session or has to leave early, they will still be charged one full credit. Should a session be started late or ended early at the fault of the Pre-Med Academy Organic Chemistry Masterclass tutor, the Student is entitled to receive the remainder of the 1-hour session, at a later time agreed upon by Student and their Tutor.
Once the student is enrolled, tutoring credit/hours are allocated based on the purchased program. Therefore, Private Tutoring sessions are not available until the 7 day money back guarantee expires.
4. Right to Reschedule
In the event that Student is unable to attend their scheduled tutoring appointment, The Pre-Med Academy Organic Chemistry Masterclass will allow Student to reschedule said appointment for another day and time as long as Student notifies their assigned tutor within twenty-four hours (24) prior to the scheduled appointment. If Student fails to provide the required twenty-four hour notice, or fails to appear at the tutoring session, Student will lose the value of that day’s tutoring session credit. Rescheduling is done at the sole discretion of the assigned tutor.
5. Information and Non-Compete
Student understands that all materials, methods, publications, software programs, all original content displayed by or contained within any software program, all instruments and any other items—oral, written, audiovisual, or otherwise—constitute proprietary information owned solely by The Pre-Med Academy Organic Chemistry Masterclass and as such cannot be reprinted, used, shared, distributed or disseminated in any way whatsoever without express written consent from The Ochemmaster and Lotuts Test Prep LLC. In consideration of access to the above described, Student agrees to not write, edit or publish preparation materials, or to mentor, teach, or otherwise engage in employment, or independent contract work, of any kind whatsoever with any Pre-Med Academy Organic Chemistry Masterclass competitor, or to be self-employed in any such activities related to mentoring or test preparation or content related to the Pre-Med Academy Organic Chemistry Masterclass, for a period of two (2) years from the date of their last interaction as Student or Mentor in any Pre-Med Academy Organic Chemistry Masterclass.
6. Score Release and use for Marketing

7. Right to Refuse Service
The Pre-Med Academy Organic Chemistry Masterclass reserves the right to refuse service to any person for any reason. If at any time Student is deemed by The Pre-Med Academy Organic Chemistry Masterclass staff to be disruptive to the program, abusive to other students, mentors, or is otherwise interfering with the smooth operation of the program, The Pre-Med Academy Organic Chemistry Masterclass may dismiss the student without a refund or any additional recourse.
8. Severability
If any portion, clause, or subsection of these terms and conditions is deemed by an arbiter or court of law to be invalid or unenforceable, such ruling shall not in any way limit the validity and enforceability of any other clause within this agreement.
9. Complete Agreement
These terms and conditions represent the complete agreement between The Pre-Med Academy Organic Chemistry Masterclass and Student. No other agreements, oral, written, implied, or otherwise, exist between these parties.
10. Acknowledgement

Acceptance
